Unbelievably, 17 months ago we introduced Grass House as ‘ones to watch’ and pointed out their immeasurable talent and song writing ability. Grass House where always destined for greatness.

Without blowing our own trumpets, perhaps greatness is a little premature, but not at all unrealistic. Grass House have released their most recent single ‘I Was a Streetlight’ to wild acclaim. The track is set to be part of their debut album and it seems, finally, the band are starting to gain the appreciation they deserve.

‘I Was a Streetlight’ follows our previous Track of the Day in ‘And Now For the Wild’ both released through Marshall Teller records as the creators of self titled ‘Outsider Pop’ continue to drum up genuine excitement around the album’s release.

The single will be released at the beginning of September, the launch being at the Lexington, London. Before that though, if you’re lucky enough you get chance to catch them at Green Man festival this month.
