One of Far Out’s favourite European festivals Primavera Sound has annouced its full lineup for 2015.

The event, which takes place in Barcelona Wednesday May 27th until Saturday May 29th and will celebrate its 15th anniversary, has become one of the best loved on the continent, offering up a vibrant mixture of rock ‘n’ roll, electronica, hip-hop, pop and much more.

The bill this time around will be topped by The Black Keys (28th), The Strokes (30th) and a co-headline double-header that will be shared by Alt-J and the newly reformed Ride (29th).

Beyond the curtain closers, however, there is also a wealth of talent that comes in the shape of established acts, newcomers and a few bonafide legends.

One artist who certainly fits the bill of the former is Patti Smith, who will perform the whole of her iconic record Horses, with the help of her band on May 29th.

Taking a similar approach, but offering a live experience that couldn’t be more different, are Underworld, who will electrify the final night of the festival with a full performance of dubnobasswithmyheadman to celebrate the record’s 20th anniversary.

Other notable names on the lineup include Interpol, Caribou, James Blake, Belle & Sebastian, Spiritualized, Ritchie Hawtin, Eels, Damian Rice and Sleater-Kinney.
